September Camping

My 2 girlfriends and I headed out for some girls only camping...the first night went well, we set up the tents, made a fire, made dinner etc. But a few short hours later (about 4am) the guys showed up. Apparently they just couldn't live with out us. All in all it was a fun weekend of hiking, campfires, fishing etc. Thankful for our good friends in Philly.

Trying to keep warm...but so happy to be along.

Florida in August

Right after getting back from Minnesota I headed to Florida with the Ivler's (the family I have been a nanny for for the last 4 years). It was much more relaxing then expected. Here a few fun pics from the trip.

Baby John's Baptism

Ben and I feel honored to be godparents to beautiful baby boy John Richard Tepe. While in Minnesota we were able to be apart of his baptism. So thankful for the Tepes!

College Weekend

While Ben and I were in MN in August we were able to spend one of the weekends with our college roomates. For the ladies we had a fabulous weekend shopping, eating out, getting coffee and lots of catching up. While the guys spent the weekend on the river. Thank you for the weekend...looking forward to next year!

Savage Beauty in NYC

Last Friday my girlfriends and I took the day off to spend it in New York City. We went to see the famed Alexander McQueen exhibit at the Met. It was an amazing show and totally worth the trip! (well any trip to NYC is worth it:) The rest of the day was spent shopping design stores, eating great food...and of course taking a few moments to enjoy the city while sitting at a coffee shop or two. Thanks for the fun day ladies! (Had fun with photography on this trip so there are a few more pics then usual:)

Our ferry ride into Manhattan.

All 4 of us in front of the Met.

I could live here.

While having a snack on the steps of the Met we were entertained by some live music.

Union Square farmers market.

Shopping ABC Carpet & Home...hands down best design store ever!

A walk along the High Line...a NYC trip is never complete without it.

I prefer LIVE, CREATE, WORK.

Fun photos on the subway.
